Important Notice to our clients who have not signed the I-485 agreement with us
but still want to file it before August 17, 2007

A: According to the most updated CIS decision, you will have until August 17 to file your I-485 applications with the old fee ($325+$70 et al) standards.

B. For those who file I-485 only, you shall email us your request and we will prepare and send I-485 Representation Agreement immediately.

1). After we receive your signed I-485 Agreement, we will send your I-485 document preparation instructions.

2). You shall mail us ALL the I-485 documents on or before August 1st, 2007. If you have to wait for your health check result, mail us your other documents first so we can work on your forms.

C. For those who want to file I-140 and I-485 concurrently:

1). Please email me your request immediately. We will prepare and email you I-485 Representation Agreement. We will provide service in a first-come, first-serve basis based on the time that we receive your signed I485 Representation Agreement and retainer check until we schedule out all the possible time to complete cases before August 15th.

2). All the I-140/I-485 concurrent filing cases must have ALL the documents delivered to our office on or before August 3rd, 2007.

* For concurrently filed I-140/I-485 on or before July 30, 2007, the fees will be the following: I-140 application fee will be under the new fee standard ($475) but your I-485 fee will remain the old standard.

D. We retain the right to access additional Rushing Work fees according to the overtime work needed in our office. Currently, we do not have a standard for additional fees yet. Thank you for your understanding.

E. Please email me your questions. Do not call because we need written notice of your important decisions and questions according to our office rules to avoid mistakes.
